With these things in mind, we tailor each engagement to the specific needs of our clients, while remaining anchored to the bigger picture. We provide:

We help maximize management’s time by providing senior level investor relations experience utilizing a hands-on, highly tailored approach. Our team has a broad-based, end-to-end understanding of the financial communications process – from the accounting consolidation to the financial reporting and analysis to talking with your board and your investors. So we understand at a detailed level not only how to execute a solid investor relations program, but how a good investor relations program should interface and enhance other areas of the business.
Anchored in this understanding of the whole process, we “dig in” to gain a solid understanding of your business, your people, and your goals so that we can provide value-added insight while truly lessening the burden of your investor relations program on senior management. We pride ourselves on the ability to team with you and other key business leaders by offering a blend of both advisory services and participative results – just as though we were any other leader employed by your firm.
Accounting and Finance
As business leaders, we know how important it is to understand and effectively communicate the financial and operational health of your organization. As seasoned accounting and finance leaders, we also understand the pressures that monthly, quarterly and event-driven cycles can bring.
With these things in mind, we tailor each engagement to the specific needs of our clients and then “roll up our sleeves” to get the job done. Because of the breadth and depth of our experience, we understand how each aspect of your business is interrelated, and this, in turn, allows us to provide value-added, needed expertise to our clients when they need it most.
